Founder’s Associate

You work directly with the founders on the topics that are currently most important: customer discovery, go-to-market, operations, and strategy. Tasks change quickly: one moment you're analyzing a clinical process, the next you're structuring a project or launching an internal report.

Your Responsibilities

• Independent management of cross-functional projects (GTM, Ops, Product, Hiring) – from the problem statement to implementation.
• Preparation of documents for customers and investors: decks, one-pagers, memos, simple models.
• Support of the pipeline: research, outreach, meeting preparation, follow-ups, and clean notes.
• Building repeatable processes and pragmatic KPI reports.

Your Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in consulting, startups, VC, product, or operations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable with slides and spreadsheets.
• High ownership, structured thinking, and good judgment.
• You can speak with customers and stakeholders at eye level.
• Excellent English and German.
