Founding Account Executive (AE)

About the Role

As our founding account executive, you’ll drive our growth by building trusted customer relationships and managing the full sales cycle from cold call to closing.

Responsibilities

  • Own your quota by qualifying and closing new customers (New Business)
  • Work closely with our BDR team to build your own pipeline (Lead Generation)
  • Guide prospects through evaluation, build business cases, and foster strong customer relationships (Customer Value)
  • Conduct demos, handle negotiations, and continuously improve our sales process (Sales Process)
  • Design and implement new strategies to win key accounts and expand into new markets (Sales Strategy)
  • Build and train a high‑performing sales team and scalable processes (Organizational Development)

Qualifications

  • 1–4 years closing experience in mid‑market/enterprise B2B SaaS or tech sales, exceeding quota
  • Resilient, with grit and strong pipeline management skills
  • Confident in leading product demos and translating workflows into clear business value
  • Professional communication to executive audiences
  • Pragmatic, solution‑oriented, and motivated to grow with the company
  • Initial experience selling to traditional industries (e.g., construction, supply chain, trades) is a plus
  • Willing to work five days a week from our Munich office and travel as needed
  • Native German and fluent in English
