A hyper-growth AI marketing technology company is building its first generation of commercial leaders in Berlin.
This is an early-stage AE role inside a company that has already reached significant ARR within its first year and is now scaling aggressively toward a multi-fold revenue target next year. You would join a high-performance founding GTM team with direct exposure to the founders and real influence over how revenue operations evolve.
The product is an AI-driven brand visibility and positioning analytics platform that helps marketing teams understand and optimize how their brands appear across AI-driven discovery environments. The platform combines strong proprietary data, intuitive UX, and a clear category vision within the AI marketing ecosystem.
Scaling the GTM team from under 20 to ~50 employees within months
Building a repeatable land‑and‑expand motion across agencies and brands
Supporting the evolution of RevOps and commercial structure alongside founders
Target market: Agencies (larger ARR) and Brands (SMB–mid‑market)
Buyer personas: SEO Managers, Marketing Leaders, Agency Owners
Sales cycle: 1–3 weeks, highly transactional and high velocity
Motion: 100% inbound full-cycle AE (demo to close and early expansion)
Approach: Discovery + demo often combined on first call, strong consultative and educative selling required
Own the full sales cycle from demo to close
Close and expand accounts through a quick land‑and‑grow motion
Compete in an emerging AI category where customer education is key
Work directly with founders while helping shape scalable revenue operations
Position yourself for leadership opportunities as the commercial team scales rapidly
2+ years of B2B SaaS Account Executive experience
Background in high-quality SaaS environments with exposure to excellence
High agency, strong work ethic, entrepreneurial drive
Demonstrated personal excellence in any domain (sports, academics, side projects, etc.)
Foundational understanding of AI tools and strong curiosity to deepen expertise
Experience selling to marketing agencies
Background in SEO, marketing analytics, or adjacent MarTech
President’s Club or similar performance recognition
Experience in fast‑scaling startup environments
€140K + Very generous and lenient compensation plan
Equity package with meaningful upside
Premium office environment
