Arcadia Network is an EXIST-backed startup based in Munich, building custom AI software for executive search.
As we enter a more market-facing phase, we are looking for a commercially strong early team member to help shape sales, partnerships, and go-to-market execution in the German market.
This is a hands‑on, high‑trust role for someone who enjoys speaking with clients, understanding market needs, and helping turn an early‑stage product into a strong commercial business. You would work directly with the founders and play a key role in shaping how Arcadia grows from here.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys early‑stage environments, direct responsibility, and close collaboration with founders.

Important Note: Arcadia Network is currently in the setup phase. The final contractual structure and employing entity will be defined in line with the venture’s incorporation timeline.
