Your Mission We're looking for an exceptional Founding Partner to lead CVX Ventures through its next phase of expansion, both in existing and new markets. You’ll be the driving force behind our mission to build Europe’s largest and most active angel investor network - a place where capital meets competence to create extraordinary companies. As Founding Partner you’ll be at the forefront of everything CVX is and will become. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll shape vision, execute strategy, and hire and inspire teams across borders. You’ll set the standard and pace for how we operate and grow, while being ready to relocate temporarily as new markets open. CVX Ventures is one of Europe's fastest growing venture investors. We empower our partners to invest in hand-picked cases that match their interests, industries, and expertise. Since 2020 our community has grown to include over 700 members—from angel investors and board members to C-level leaders—who have collectively invested more than EUR 100 million into 100+ companies. Being part of CVX means becoming part of a trusted network where deals are sourced with care. CVX currently consists of 20 ambitious and talented individuals with an expectation to be +100 in the next 24 months. As our Founding Partner you will: Lead the growth and execution across all CVX markets, existing and new ones Build, manage and inspire high-performing local teams in each market Own the global strategy, from market entry to operational excellence Lead the continuous expansion of our angel investor network across Europe Represent CVX publicly - at events, conferences, and in media - building visibility and trust Be involved in deal flow, investment decisions, and startup ecosystem engagement Drive culture, excellence, and performance across all markets Report directly to the Board.

We ideally see that you are: 3-7 years of top tier management consulting or investment banking, combined with some start up or venture/private equity investment experience Flexibility to relocate to new markets for a few months when opening new offices Great with people – you connect fast and lead with trust Unusually driven and ambitious – you want to win at everything you do and bring others with you Highly analytical with strong problem-solving abilities A strategic thinker who doesn’t mind getting your hands dirty What we offer you: A front-row seat to building one of Europe’s most exciting venture platforms Full ownership and responsibility from day one A company with real traction and an ambitious vision The chance to build your own legacy alongside other top-tier talent A mix of competitive base salary + significant equity upside.
