In 2026, companies across Europe have 1.4 trillion euros tied up in excess working capital. Up to 5% of earnings are lost due to revenue leakage. Transformance is building the AI-native Revenue Recovery Platform for Enterprises. What you will build

As our first engineering hire, you will work on data ingestion and processing layers, modular and reusable code architecture, AI agent workflows and automation modules, API-driven integrations with ERP and finance systems, and customer-facing applications that handle enterprise complexity.

What you bring

Must-have: Strong Data or AI Agent skills, experience building and integrating APIs, the ability to turn ambiguous business problems into clean technical solutions, and comfort working across the full stack when needed.

Valuable but learnable: JS/ TS, AI tooling (OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, LangChain, agent frameworks), cloud platforms (Vercel, AWS), enterprise systems (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Dynamics), React, and a basic understanding of finance or procurement processes.

The opportunity

You would be joining as our first engineering hire. That means architecting core platform infrastructure, working directly with founders who have spent over 10 years in finance and enterprise systems, building for multinationals from day one with real production workloads, and shaping product direction, technical decisions, and company culture. We have secured 200,000 euros in non-dilutive IFB funding and are targeting a Pre-Seed round in 2026.

Compensation: 55,000 to 75,000 euros per year plus 15,000 to 48,000 euros in equity. Location: Hamburg (hybrid).

Transformance Solutions GmbH is building the AI-native execution layer for enterprise finance operations. Based in Hamburg, we help large multinational companies automate complex finance processes like cash application, open items management, and dispute settlement across their multi-entity, multi-system landscapes.

Traditional ERPs are built for record-keeping, not execution. Finance teams are stuck between slow IT projects, risky spreadsheets, and ungovernable scripts.
