Foward Deployed Engineer

A stealth AI startup in the industrial space is hiring its next Forward Deployed Engineer. They’re building applied-AI agents that automate technical sales for complex manufacturing equipment, turning weeks of manual engineering checks into minutes.

The product is already in market with paying customers, backed by tier-1 investors, and the team is small, sharp and very technical. You’d work directly with founders and early engineers, shaping real deployments with high-value manufacturing clients.

What you’ll do

• Deploy AI agents into real customer environments
• Translate messy industrial sales workflows into scalable technical solutions
• Work across product, engineering and customer teams to ship fast, pragmatic results
• Own integrations, configurations and on-site problem solving

Looking for

• Strong engineering fundamentals (Python or full-stack)
• Experience in early-stage or high-ownership environments
• Ability to work directly with customers and make judgment calls on the fly
• Interest in applied AI and complex systems
