FP&A Analyst

The Financial Planning & Analysis Team of Arsenault is responsible for the planning and controlling of all financial relevant KPIs. The team ensures reliable financial reports and enables the Senior Leadership to make valuable decisions.

As (Junior) FP&A Analyst you will be responsible for the planning and controlling of all major cost categories and you will act as a sparring partner for our Budget Owners. You enjoy ownership of initiatives, project work and also a close collaboration & communication with various internal and external stakeholders.

Furthermore you are capable of using your process improvement and analytical skills to drive the development and improvement of financial processes and procedures within the Finance Department of Arsenault.

As FP&A Analyst You Will Be Responsible For

• Enabling our Senior Leadership team to make valuable decisions
• Driving financial projects such as a KPI dashboard or an aligned reporting landscape
• Being responsible for monthly financial reports
• Help in planning budgets and by controlling them
• Becoming the financial business partner for our Budget Owners
• Supporting in cross functional projects such as workforce planning or revenue forecasting

Qualifications

• You hold a degree (Bachelor, Master) in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or equivalent and you gained first experiences in the field
• You have a profound knowledge of Budgeting, Controlling, financial modeling and reporting
• You have advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities (experience with G‑suite tools is a plus)
• You have strong process and analytical skills to deliver great data‑driven analyzes
• You are hands‑on, proactive, able to adapt to a fast‑changing environment and handle tasks simultaneously
• You are excited about finding innovative solutions to improve existing processes while keeping a customer centric mindset.
• You are Fluent both in German and English
