Fractional Growth Consultant

We are seeking a Fractional Growth Consultant (Demand Operations) who is a true demand and growth expert, with a deep understanding of how to build, scale, and optimize demand generation in a marketplace environment. This engagement is ideal for a specialist who has mastered the demand side of growth and can confidently own strategy and execution end-to-end.

In this role, you will take the lead in driving high-quality demand, improving funnel performance, and unlocking new growth opportunities. You will bring a strong point of view on what drives efficient, scalable demand and apply a rigorous, experiment‑driven approach to continuously improve outcomes. While you will collaborate cross‑functionally, your primary focus will be on elevating demand performance and impact.

Work/Project Scope:

• Own and drive demand‑side growth strategy, with full accountability for improving acquisition, activation, and revenue performance
• Identify, prioritize, and execute high‑impact demand generation initiatives across channels and segments
• Analyze funnel performance end‑to‑end and implement optimizations to improve conversion rates and efficiency
• Design, run, and scale experiments to continuously improve demand quality and volume
• Develop and refine targeting, segmentation, and positioning strategies to attract the right customers
• Partner with marketing, product, and analytics teams to unlock new growth opportunities while maintaining a strong demand‑first perspective
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track demand performance, surface insights, and guide decision making
• Bring a strong, informed point of view on demand strategy, informed by data, experience, and market trends

Must Haves (Required Skills):

• Deep expertise in demand generation, growth, or performance marketing, with a track record of driving measurable business impact
• Experience working in or consulting for a two‑sided marketplace, with a strong focus on the demand side
• Strong understanding of growth funnels, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition strategies
• Proven ability to design and scale experiment‑driven growth programs
• Advanced analytical skills and experience using data to inform strategy, SQL, dashboards, or similar tools
• Ability to operate independently as a subject matter expert while effectively collaborating with cross‑functional partners
