TASKS WITH IMPACT

The Compliance Fraud & Credit Risk Management team oversees operational processes for fraud prevention and credit risk control, with a focus on e-commerce and omni-channel touchpoints.

• You coordinate directly with various fraud vendors and review potential fraud cases on a daily basis
• Responsibility for optimizing limit controls and customer segmentation processes
• You generate fraud management reports, analyze them, and derive actionable recommendations to improve fraud risk rules in collaboration with fraud and credit risk check vendors
• Working closely with debt collection service providers to refine rule sets based on collection data
• You handle incidents related to fraud and credit risk
• Testing, deployment and monitoring of changes in fraud risk management processes

• Ideally, you bring experience in fraud and credit risk management in e-commerce or related fields
• You work independently and structured, even in a dynamic environment
• You are a strong communicator and collaborate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders (e.g., IT, Legal, Treasury, Customer Experience, Data Intelligence)
• Proficiency in both German and English completes your profile
