Requirements

We seek individuals who are naturally helpful, resilient, and thrive in a team environment. To be considered for our training program, you should meet the following general requirements:

A completed school education.
Fluent spoken and written English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
A genuine willingness to work shifts, weekends, and on assignments abroad.
A passport without restrictions, valid for at least the next 12 months.
A height between 1.60 m and 1.85 m.
The ability to swim safely.
Visual acuity not exceeding +/- 5 dioptres.
