Freelance CQV Specialist (m/w/d) – Isolators (GMP)

For our client in the Life Sciences sector in the greater Heilbronn area, we are looking for an experienced Freelance CQV Specialist (m/w/d) with strong isolator experience.

Scope of Work

• Commissioning & qualification of isolator systems and cleanroom technologies
• Execution of GMP-compliant IQ / OQ testing
• Development and optimization of qualification documentation
• Creation of FMEAs and risk assessments according to pharmaceutical standards
• Preparation of GMP documentation and test reports
• On-site support at German location and international customer sites

Profile

• Background in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Process Engineering or similar 
• Strong experience in GMP-regulated environments 
• Proven hands-on experience with isolator systems is mandatory. 
• International travel availability (30–50%) 
• Fluent English communication skills 
• Independent and structured working style
