German Freelance Quality & Team Manager

Are you looking for a flexible business model , a strong focus on quality and a long-term freelance collaboration within a dynamic and people-oriented environment?
For an international project, we are currently looking for a Freelance Quality & Team Manager to join a high-performing remote team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the service quality and professional development of up to 25 freelance customer advisors , providing guidance, coaching and operational leadership.

Your responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions and call monitoring to identify strengths and development areas
• Ensure consistently high service quality, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and professional expertise
• Analyse individual training needs and coordinate training activities (communication skills, product knowledge, processes)
• Deliver online workshops and project onboarding sessions using a variety of training methodologies
• Motivate and guide a fully remote team , promoting high quality standards
• Act as the first operational point of contact for the team
• Identify process improvement opportunities and report performance and results to the Operations Manager

Requirements

• Completed professional training and experience as a Team Leader, Coach or Quality Manager in customer service
• Proven experience in leading and motivating remote teams
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and coaching skills, with a constructive and development-focused approach
• High quality standards, structured working style and strong attention to detail
• Confidence working in cross-functional and intercultural environments
• Professional, self-assured attitude with a collaborative mindset
