We’re excited to be hiring a Freelance Recruiter to help us scale some of the most exciting Tier 1 VC-backed startups across the US, with a particular focus on San Francisco and New York. With $2.5M in potential revenue from our US partners and a growing number of deeply technical roles to fill, we’re looking for a dedicated, experienced sourcers to join our delivery team and make an immediate impact.You’ll be working with engineering-first teams backed by top VCs, helping build their core product squads across AI, ML, and Full Stack Engineering. The role💭: You’ll partner closely with our US Partners to support high-growth tech startups at Seed and Series A stage. Your main focus will be sourcing exceptional engineering talent – the kind of pedigree candidates that know their way around AI models, high-performance backends, or slick front-end interfaces.These aren’t just any roles. You’ll be delivering on hires that matter – often the first 10 engineers in the company – working across tech stacks that include Python, AI/ML, JavaScript (React, TypeScript, Node), and Java. What we’re looking for🕵️: 3+ years sourcing or recruiting for high-growth startups (ideally Tier 1 VC-backed)Experience working with Founders or Talent Leads to build product/engineering teamsDeep understanding of the US tech ecosystem – especially SF & NY markets (If not we can coach this)Proven ability to source top-tier candidates across AI/ML and full stack engineeringClear communicator, organized, and self-managing (this is a freelance, remote-first role) Please apply if you’d like to hear more.
