We're looking for proactive, empathetic, and tech-savvy individuals fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, or French to help players experience the best of our award-winning MMO across all platforms. Main Responsibilities for Freelance Player Support (Portuguese, Spanish, French)

Provide fast, friendly, and effective support to players via our ticketing platform, as well as potentially through chat and email

Resolve technical, account, and gameplay queries with empathy and professionalism

Escalate complex issues and collaborate with internal teams to ensure thorough resolution

Identify and report recurring player issues, suggesting improvements to enhance the player experience

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Albion Online and its systems, staying informed about game updates and community trends

Deliver support in a clear, concise, and respectful manner, ensuring player confidentiality and satisfaction

Key Requirements for Freelance Game Support Agents

Fluency in written and spoken Portuguese, Spanish, or French

Solid English communication skills for internal collaboration

Flexible availability to cover shifts, including evenings and weekends (remote/freelance)

Demonstrated empathy, patience, and excellent problem-solving skills

Deep interest in online games and a genuine desire to help the player community

Additional Information

This is a freelance, remote, part-time position

All applicants must be 18+ and able to receive international payments
