What You Will Be Doing

We are seeking experienced professionals and researchers from engineering domains to help train and refine cutting-edge AI systems. You will:

• Create challenging, graduate-level problems that test AI reasoning.
• Develop grading rubrics that define high-quality answers.
• Write model answers that achieve full marks on your rubric.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and depth.
• Provide structured, constructive feedback to enhance model performance.

What We’re Looking For

Must have a PhD or a Master’s degree in one of the following (or currently enrolled) in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
Strong problem-solving and critical reasoning skills.
Experience in research, academia, or technical content development preferred.
Excellent written communication and proficiency in English.
