In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Customer Cloud Sales Team to uncover and qualify new business opportunities while identifying and addressing key technical concerns raised by customers. You will design and implement strategies to overcome technical barriers and architect tailored solutions that meet complex business and technical needs.
You will take ownership of the technical components of the sales cycle, including delivering technical training sessions, leading client presentations, preparing responses to technical bids, conducting product and solution briefings, and managing proof‑of‑concept initiatives. The role may also involve hands‑on work with Customer Cloud products to showcase, design, and prototype integrations within customer or partner environments.
As a subject matter expert, you will support advanced technical training for team members on moderately to highly complex topics. You will also mentor colleagues and advise leadership on improving internal processes, workflows, and training materials.
This is a fully remote position, operating Monday through Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00.
