Frontend Engineer – AdTech AI Scale-up

Our client is a hyper-growth AdTech scale-up building a next-generation platform at the intersection of AdTech, AI, and IoT . The company connects digital media with the physical world and unlocks real-world consumer data .

They operate with a clear start-up / scale-up mindset. At the same time, it is part of a larger publicly listed technology group from Sweden – a combination of entrepreneurial dynamics, stable funding, long-term stability, and ambitious international growth plans.

The company is entering its next major growth phase. They are significantly expanding the German market, whilst scaling across Europe, and entering the US this year with the clear ambition to become the number one player in their segment short-term.

Following this rapid growth, they are now hiring a Frontend Engineer to join the core team and take ownership of user-facing applications end-to-end .

The Role

• You will focus on bringing complex AdTech systems into intuitive, high-performance user interfaces
• Work heavily with the best AI coding agents on the market (Claude, Cursor, LLMs, etc.)
• Build scalable frontend features for campaign management, targeting, and data visualisation
• Develop performance-focused and scalable frontend systems
• Work closely with product, design, and backend teams
• Contribute to and evolve a shared design system

The ideal background

• 3–5+ years of frontend experience with React , and ideally experience with Next.js & TypeScript
• Strong understanding of modern frontend architecture
• Eye for UI/UX and attention to detail
• Experience with complex or data-heavy applications is a plus
• Experience working in a SaaS company
• You thrive working in agile start-up / scale-up environments

Framework

• Salary up to €100,000 Base
• Remote or hybrid setup with modern offices in Berlin
• Report to directly to C-level, flat hierarchy and close collaboration with product and leadership
