As a Full Cycle Sales Manager, you are responsible for the entire sales process: from acquisition through product demo to closing. With your strategic thinking, communication skills, and energy, you significantly contribute to ensuring that our solutions reach the right customers – and that myo continues to grow. # Responsibilities* Responsibility for the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to closing* Active cold acquisition (especially via cold calling) and identification of relevant decision-makers* Maintenance and follow-up of your pipeline in the CRM system (Salesforce)* Conducting product demos – independently or together with the team* Creation and adaptation of sales presentations* Close collaboration with Customer Success and Marketing to feedback learnings and optimize processes # Qualifications* At least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with proven success in full cycle sales* Solid knowledge in outbound sales, cold calling, and CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)* Strong communication skills – you can inspire, persuade, and build trust* Independent, numbers-driven working style with a focus on results and efficiency* Ability to conduct demos in a structured and inspiring manner – including preparation and presentation* Team player mentality: You share knowledge, support colleagues, and avoid competition mentality* Willingness to learn, resilience, and genuine interest in actively driving our mission forward # Benefits* Responsibility & scope for design: You take full responsibility for your pipeline and the entire sales cycle.
