At Elona Health, we develop digital health applications that actively support people with mental illnesses in their therapy and help psychotherapists choose the perfect treatments based on data. Our products, elona therapy Depression and elona explore, are approved by the BfArM as “apps on prescription,” meaning they are reimbursed by all statutory health insurance companies and are already in use nationwide in Germany. Now we are looking for you to build scalable, secure, and intuitive solutions that have a real impact every day.

Your responsibilities

• You will be part of our product team and develop innovative, scalable solutions in the field of psychotherapy together with several developers.
• Together with your Scrum team, you will successfully implement the sprint backlog, taking into account value, sustainability and quality.
• You work independently on stories and tickets with high reliability and efficiency.
• You are actively involved in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of code quality.
• You work closely with our CTO and contribute your expertise to achieve the technical goals of our product.

What we are looking for

• You have a degree in IT or comparable practical experience
• You have at least 3 years of practical professional experience in the development of modern web and/or mobile applications
• You have a very good command of the following programming languages and tools:
  • Frontend: HTML, CSS (SCSS), JavaScript (ES6+), React, React Native
  • Build & Testing: Webpack, Babel, Jest, E2E-Testing, ESLint, Prettier
  • Backend & Tools: Node, NPM, Docker, Git
• You are interested in encryption methods and machine learning
• You are familiar with continuous delivery and agile methods
• You enjoy solving complex problems and are innovative
• You are willing to share your knowledge with the team
• You are fluent in English; German is a plus
