Full-stack developer: Sports startup – MB20 – Berlin, Germany

Your Role

• Join the product team in a partner company (a sports startup) as a full‑stack (lead) developer.
• Support the product team in a key technical role, helping to grow the current product into a more scalable and stable one, ready for growth and new markets.

Your Profile

• Working experience as a full‑stack developer in a B2C startup, agency, or comparable environment, and in interdisciplinary teams.
• Extensive experience with JavaScript (Node.js backend, React frontend).
• Experience with databases.
• Strong interest in system architecture and making well‑founded decisions with large impact.
• Experience working with freelancers.
• Experience with system operations (not mandatory).
• User‑centric approach and a passion for building real products that matter.
• Team player: encourages discussion of new ideas, guides and supports teammates, fosters growth.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
