Full-Stack Developer (Vue.js)

QA Madness is a European IT service company focusing strongly on QA and cybersecurity. The company was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Poland.

Currently, we are searching for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to work in an existing team developing new features for the no-code/low-code app-building platform used by over 60 leading law firms and professional services organisations globally.

Must have good communication skills in English.

Experience:

• 4+ years of commercial experience building applications with Vue.js
• 2+ years of commercial experience with Node.js
• Confident debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Experience using GitHub in a collaborative, production environment
• Experience working with Jira or similar ticketing systems
• Practical experience with AI development tools and workflows
• Familiarity with Claude Code, Codex CLI, or similar AI-assisted coding tools
• Experience with MCP
• Ability to write clear technical documentation and specifications

Good to have:

• Experience with mobile app development (iOS/Android)
• Experience writing system prompts and using tool calling with AI APIs

Responsibilitie:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend and backend features
• Identify and resolve bugs and technical issues reported by team members or clients
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices
• Leverage modern AI tools to improve development efficiency and quality
• Manage multiple parallel tasks, including feature development, bug fixes, and documentation
• Provide accurate effort estimates for custom development work
• Stay up to date with emerging AI capabilities and evaluate their practical use
• Prepare technical specifications and test plans for new functionality
• Participate actively in planning sessions, technical discussions, and daily meetings
