Their Activation Team sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and client success - focused on upselling, onboarding, and enabling clients to get the most out of the platform. Step in at an exciting growth phase and build features that have immediate, visible impact.

You will join the Activation Team as a freelance engineer and help shape the product experience from the inside. Your core responsibilities:

• Build and Enhance Client-Facing Features: Develop high-quality frontend and fullstack functionality using TypeScript, Next.js, React, and Node.js that directly improves the client experience.
• Integrate and Maintain REST APIs: Own integrations and ensure reliable, scalable API connectivity across the platform.
• Support Internal Tools and Cross-Team Initiatives: Collaborate across engineering teams, including Python-based workflows, to build tooling that accelerates internal operations.
• Contribute to AI/LLM Integrations: Participate in experimental AI workflows and help shape how the product leverages emerging LLM capabilities.
• Influence System Design: Contribute to feature planning and architecture discussions alongside product, design, and engineering peers.

What You Bring

• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js
• Solid experience integrating and maintaining REST APIs
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, design, and client-facing teams
• Self-motivated and able to manage your own work in a flexible, fast-moving environment
• Experience with LLM or AI engineering
• Prior SaaS or healthtech background

Location and Start

This is a hybrid role in Berlin. The start date is as soon as possible. The initial contract runs for 3+ months with the potential to transition into a full-time position for the right person.
