Fullstack Developer / €90,000 / C1 German

Salary: €90k+ (depending on experience)

The Role

This is a backend-heavy developer position, not suitable for frontend-only developers.

You’ll be working in an environment built around autonomy, ownership and continuous development, with direct exposure to client systems and real-world engineering challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly on client projects, delivering production-grade solutions
• Contribute to technical decisions and system design
• Continuously improve your skillset with dedicated learning time each week

Skills & Experience

• Backend or backend-leaning fullstack background is essential
• Strong understanding of Devops & agile methodologies
• Not suitable for frontend-only developers
• Experience working in agile environments
• Curious mindset and strong problem-solving ability
