You will work at the heart of our central tech team to build innovative solutions in areas like personalized news delivery, newsroom automation, and AI‑powered product features – projects that are critical to Axel Springer’s future. How you’ll make an impact

• develop full‑stack components using Node.js and TypeScript to deliver scalable products
• together with IT and Product Management, design features to create innovative solutions
• take ownership of architectural decisions to ensure stable services
• optimize existing applications and services to increase performance and quality
• in close collaboration with your team, manage deployments to enable reliable releases

What you’ll need

• bring experience in full‑stack development to implement complex applications
• experience with TypeScript enables you to confidently use generics, narrowing, and union types
• either with Node.js or modern frontend frameworks, build high‑performing applications
• automated testing is part of your workflow to ensure sustainable code quality
• team spirit and a strong desire to learn drive you to grow together with others
• communicate confidently in German and English at least at B2 level
