As a

Functional Consultant (Dynamics 365 CE) , you will support the design and delivery of CRM projects across Customer Service and Sales environments.

Your Responsibilities • Support planning, implementation and analysis of Dynamics 365 CE projects • Create functional concepts and solution designs • Deliver customised CRM solutions • Support CRM sub-projects and small to mid-sized implementations • Manage requirements, backlog prioritisation and testing processes • Contribute to process optimisation and system rollouts • Facilitate workshops and support stakeholder management • Optionally work with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) • Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams

Your Profile • 4–10+ years of consulting experience with Dynamics 365 CE • Strong understanding of CRM processes, especially Customer Service and Sales • Experience in requirements management, backlog prioritisation and testing • Knowledge of Customizing, Field Service and CI Journeys • Fluent German and business-level English • Structured, independent and team-oriented working style

Nice to Have • Pre-sales experience • Workshop facilitation expertise • Onshore/offshore coordination • Power Platform knowledge • Microsoft certifications or project management certifications • Willingness to travel depending on project needs
