We are delighted to present an opportunity of Fund Administrator in this Management Company of over 20 people, present in Luxembourg and abroad. With over 10 billion euros of assets under management, they offer the stability and job security you may be looking for, while keeping a human-sized team in Luxembourg.

One of the factors that has contributed to that, is the fact that flexibility and work/life balance are truly respected. As you can start your day until 11 AM if you want to, and work from home up to twice per week, with very limited overtime, the employees never feel like they are drowning in work. Also say goodbye to timesheets, allowing you to avoid redundant administrative work.

To strengthen its operations, the Luxembourg office is seeking a Fund Administrator with solid knowledge of AIF and UCITS, eager to take on broader responsibilities within a supportive environment.

Your Responsibilities | Fund Administration – Funds – Corporate – Legal – Compliance - AIF

• You maintain accurate investor and company records as well as statutory documents, and also assist with company secretarial matters.
• You follow up on fund operations such as capital calls, equalizations and distributions.
• You participate in the onboarding of new funds and oversee investor transactions.
• You ensure accurate reporting for internal teams, the Board, and regulatory authorities.
• You coordinate with the other legal, accounting, and compliance departments, as well as external service providers, to ensure smooth execution of operations.
• You identify opportunities to optimize internal processes, improving quality and efficiency.
  

Profile and Career Path | Fund Administration – Funds – Corporate – Legal – Compliance - AIF

• You ideally hold a degree in finance, law, or economics and you have at least 4 years of experience in fund administration in Luxembourg. Experience in a large service provider in Luxembourg is preferred, as you will have a very similar role but inhouse . Of course, inhouse experience is also considered.
• You have a strong understanding of AIFMD and UCITS regulations and their application in the local context.
• You are fluent in English and are keen to join an environment with people coming from all over the world, and in a multicultural environment as a result.
• You enjoy working in an international team, where professionalism, respect, and mutual support define daily interactions.

• You will join a reputable international investment group that combines financial strength with a genuine respect for its employees, in a supportive team of around 40 people in Luxembourg.
• The firm offers a competitive salary of up to €90,000 gross per year , depending on your profile and experience. Many benefits are also offered such as meal vouchers of €15, health insurance , a pension plan and an annual bonus (up to 2 months the first year and exponential after that).
