Role: We’re looking for a talented mid-senior Game Designer to join our Quality of Life team and help shape the future of Total Battle for years to come. You’ll focus on delivering features that enhance usability and long-term player satisfaction. Your mission will be to design, configure, and document QoL features that make the game smoother, more engaging, and more rewarding, while supporting the feature owner in driving product success.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and document quality of life features that improve usability and long-term player satisfaction.
• Analyze game statistics to identify problems and define the best solutions to improve the player experience.
• Research competitor games and deconstruct their features to generate actionable insights for Total Battle.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, artists, and developers to deliver cohesive, polished features.
• Support the feature owner in driving product success by delivering well-implemented design solutions.

Qualifications / Ideal Candidate

• Have experience as a game designer on a live game.
• Have experience designing features that solve player problems and improve satisfaction.
• Be versatile and passionate about working as a GD generalist, comfortable moving between concept creation, feature configuration, data analysis, and documentation.
• Understand player psychology and know how to apply it in design decisions.
• Be proactive, organized, and able to take responsibility for your work.
• Communicate clearly and constructively with colleagues across disciplines.
• Be open to feedback, eager to learn, and quick to adapt to new challenges.
• Be ready to relocate to Cyprus and work full-time from our office in Limassol.
