Position
Gaming Manager (bwin) – Berlin
Location
Berlin, Germany (2 days in the office per week)
Language Requirements
German & English. Any other language is considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Road map management: manage new game releases and roadmap to deliver market‑specific content that matches customer preferences.
- Lobby management: maintain modern, appealing casino lobbies by optimizing game and lobby feature positioning based on performance.
- Data‑driven game planning: conduct weekly and monthly planning of game positioning for all brands through data‑driven reporting decisions.
- Cross‑team & partner management: coordinate with internal teams and partner with game suppliers to ensure smooth launch of new content.
- Reporting: prepare monthly traffic, game, provider and performance reports using PowerBI, Google Analytics, and other tools.
- Issue monitoring: monitor casino and customer support channels to identify and resolve game‑related issues.
Qualifications
- At least three years of experience in the online gaming sector, preferably in games and lobby management.
- Familiarity with gaming regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with PowerBI or similar data tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, product, compliance and external partners.
- Proactive, results‑oriented, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Good understanding of customer behaviour and preferences, and passion for enhancing player experience and engagement.
