Your Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care for elderly patients in a nursing home, hospital, or home-care setting.
• Assist patients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor vital signs and health conditions and report changes to the medical team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Offer emotional and psychological support to residents and their families.
• Encourage social interaction and support rehabilitation and therapy programs.
• Maintain accurate care documentation and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations.

Who We Are Looking For:

We welcome applications from German and international nurses who meet the following qualifications:

Qualifications & Skills:

• Completed nursing training (Pflegefachkraft) or a qualification in Geriatric Nursing (Altenpflege).
• Foreign-trained nurses: Willingness to complete the recognition process (Anerkennung) if required.
• German language proficiency (B2 level or higher) support available for international applicants.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to working with elderly individuals.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Willingness to work in shift schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
