As a valued member of our committed team, you will work collaboratively with fellow moderators and stakeholders to maintain the highest standards of content moderation.

Responsibilities

Moderate and review user-generated content in German to ensure compliance with community guidelines
Identify, document, and elevate violations or inappropriate content
Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for community engagement and risk mitigation
Stay updated on trends within the German online community and moderation best practices
Provide feedback to improve moderation tools and procedures
Maintain a positive and respectful community environment

Requirements

Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is required.
Strong understanding of German language, culture, and online communication norms.
Experience in content moderation, community management, or trust & safety roles preferred.
