Your Role and Responsibilities

• Analyze and moderate video content to ensure compliance with community policies.

• Identify, review, and take appropriate action on potentially sensitive or harmful content.

• Work closely with team leaders and colleagues to ensure consistent moderation quality.

• Stay informed about changes in platform guidelines and safety standards.

What You’ll Need

• Fluent German (C1 level or above) and English (B2 level).

• EU passport or valid Portuguese residence card (visa sponsorship not available).

• Ready to relocate to Portugal and begin as soon as possible.

• Strong sense of responsibility, emotional maturity, and attention to detail.

• Previous moderation or customer experience is a plus, but not required — full training will be provided.
