Overview

Position: Customer Care Representative - MUST BE LOCATED IN ATHENS (the company provides financial support for relocation)

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information via phone, email, and chat
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any complex issues
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Continuously strive to improve the customer experience by identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback to the team
• Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
• Meet and exceed performance targets, including customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality metrics

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and German
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in using computer systems and software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays if needed
