German-Speaking B2B Digital Sales Specialist – Relocation to Bulgaria

Overview

We are hiring for a B2B Digital Sales Specialist role.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and accurate information. Follow structured processes, document cases, and meet quality standards. Work closely with the team to resolve issues efficiently and professionally.

What we are looking for

• German proficiency to support native-level customers. A service-oriented mindset, reliability, and comfort working with targets and procedures. Notes: Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation and qualification methodologies. Minimum of 2 years of Cold Calling Sales Experience. All candidates in the process must now possess a native level of proficiency in the specific language required for the role. While we are actively exploring alternatives, this requirement is currently mandatory. Ideally within the tech or digital advertising space.

Working details

• Work model: Remote
• Schedule: M/F 09:00 – 18:00

Compensation

• 4300 BGN gross base salary
• 2000 BGN target bonus

• Up to 490 BGN travel refund after 6 months in the company
• Support documentation to be collected - e-ticket, invoice
• Approvals to be collected with the offer approvals
• 10 Nights in a city center hotel (breakfast included) TA specialist will book the hotel and process the payments in Coupa
• Advance in salary of 1056 BGN
• The advance to be deducted in 3 equal installments per 352 BGN monthly starting with the first full salary
• The advance payment will be processed within 5 working days upon providing an active bank account to the HR department.
