Salary: Up to 24,000 gross/year (based on experience)
Work Schedule: 38.5 hours/week
Shifts: Fixed Morning (08:0016:00) or Afternoon (16:0000:00), including weekends with two consecutive days off

About the Role

As a Content Moderator, youll be responsible for reviewing and analyzing user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies. You'll help maintain a positive digital experience by identifying and addressing inappropriate or harmful content.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and moderate online content in accordance with community guidelines

Identify violations and elevate when necessary

Maintain quality and efficiency in review workflows

Support process improvement through team collaboration

Candidate Profile

Proficiency in German at native or near-native level (C1/C2)

Comfortable with written and spoken English in a professional setting

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive material

Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or contact centers is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent is required
