Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support in German for inquiries related to streaming services through phone, email, and live chat
Assist customers with account management, subscription issues, and troubleshooting any technical difficulties
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of issues and improve service delivery
Document interactions and customer feedback accurately in our CRM system
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements based on customer insights
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and streaming products to provide relevant information to customers

Requirements

Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage
Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the streaming or entertainment sector, is highly desirable
Strong communication skills with a focus on providing a positive customer experience
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with CRM systems and streaming platforms will be beneficial
