Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for German Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a leading vehicle manufacturer in Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and enjoy providing exceptional customer support in German. As a member of our team, you will assist customers with their inquiries related to vehicles and services, ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding vehicle specifications, features, and purchasing processes via phone, email, and chat in German
• Provide detailed information on vehicle models, pricing, and financing options to assist customers in their decision‑making
• Assist customers with scheduling test drives and maintenance appointments, as well as addressing any concerns they may have
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently while maintaining high standards of service
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for follow‑up and reporting purposes
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and ensure effective service delivery
• Stay informed about industry trends, company products, and promotional campaigns to provide relevant information to customers

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English and/or Greek is a plus
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive or vehicle manufacturing industry
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse customers
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a focus on achieving customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM software and general office applications is desirable
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required
• Relocation to Greece for the duration of employment is necessary
