Your Role

As a Customer Expert, you will be the first point of contact for customers, supporting them across phone, email, and chat.

• Provide information about products, services, and vehicle-related topics
• Handle customer questions and resolve issues efficiently
• Deliver a seamless and premium customer experience

Requirements

Your Profile

We're looking for someone who combines communication skills with genuine interest.

• Speak German fluently
• Have very good English skills (written & spoken)
• Have at least 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
• Have a strong passion for cars (a big advantage!)
• Communicate clearly and confidently
• Enjoy problem-solving and taking ownershipAre comfortable with technology and learning new systems
• Bring a positive, service-minded attitude
