German-speaking Customer Support — Relocation to Portugal

We are hiring a German-speaking Customer Support professional for an on-site position in Porto. This role you will be responsible for supporting customers through various channels such as phone, email or chat depending on the project. Your main objective will be to provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently and ensure a positive customer experience at every interaction.

You will work with internal tools and systems to document cases, follow established procedures and meet quality and performance targets. Collaboration with team leaders and colleagues is an important part of the role as you will contribute to process improvements and share feedback that helps enhance service quality.

We are looking for candidates with native or near-native proficiency in the required language, a good level of English (B2 or higher) and strong communication and problem-solving skills. You should feel comfortable working in a structured fast-paced environment and be motivated to develop your career within an international company.

The position is full-time and includes paid training, continuous coaching and long-term career opportunities. Relocation support is available to assist with your move and settlement in Portugal.
