Your Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to German-speaking customers
• Assist customers via phone, email, or live chat
• Resolve questions related to products, services, or accounts
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction levels
• Record and manage customer cases accuratelyCollaborate with internal departments when necessary

Requirements

• C1 level German (minimum)
• B2 English
• EU passport or legal right to work in Portugal
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon as soon as possible
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Good communication and organizational skills

Experience in customer service is welcome but not mandatory , as training will be provided.
