German Speaking Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist (Google Ads) | €23K + Bonus + Relocation | Lisbon (Hybrid)

Are you a German-speaking Google Ads Specialist with at least 1 year of hands‑on optimization experience ?

We are hiring a performance‑driven professional to manage and optimize high‑value Google Ads accounts within an international digital marketing team in Lisbon.

This is a data‑focused role where your optimization decisions directly impact campaign performance and ROI.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Implement keyword strategies, bidding adjustments, and budget allocation
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs
• Generate actionable insights based on data trends
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive performance results

Requirements

• German C1/C2 + English B2+
• Minimum 12 months of hands‑on Google Ads optimization experience (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of Google Network Settings (GNS)
• Solid Excel skills
• Analytical and KPI‑driven mindset
• Availability to work hybrid in Lisbon
