German speaking HVAC Sales Support

We are currently looking to hire German speaking Technical Sales Support on behalf of a client in The Netherlands. The company specialises in HVAC and refrigeration products and they are looking to hire sales support to manage their customer base in Germany. They will be responsible for developing relationships with distributors and merchants, managing and maximising business from existing accounts, and investigating new business opportunities throughout their assigned regions.

This is a hybrid role but will require extensive travel in order to effectively train staff at various product distribution outlets. Candidates will also be expected to travel to Rotterdam on occasion to the company office. The salary is 40, EUR with a bonus for new business growth and a company car. Candidates must be able to speak German and English. Dutch or French would be a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Travel to train sales staff at each distribution outlet.
• Ensure stock levels are maintained at all outlets across your assigned region.
• Research, contact, demonstrate and visit architects, air conditioning installation companies and building specifiers to educate them about the company's product range.
• Organize and conduct trade counter days at distribution outlets.
• Assist with trade shows in Europe and occasionally in the UK and US.
• Report on all visits and follow up sales calls with the required information.

What we're looking for

• Fluency in German and English.
• Previous experience in a sales or account management role.
• Previous experience working in HVAC and refrigeration would be a bonus.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout your assigned region.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
