Key Responsibilities

Manage travel bookings, changes, and cancellations promptly and accurately
Offer personalized travel advice and solutions tailored to client needs and preferences
Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively to maintain client satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in company systems
Keep up-to-date with the latest travel industry developments and company services

Requirements

Fluency in German (spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial
Previous experience in customer service or travel support roles is preferred
