German Technical Support Advisor relocation in Barcelona

is working with a leading Outsourcing / BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Technical Support Advisor to join their teams in Budapest.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate effectively with customers providing clear and professional support.
• Handle a wide range of customer interactions with empathy and professionalism ensuring a positive experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud-based technologies and productivity tools.
• Apply logical and critical thinking to analyze problems and identify effective solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues when needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Native or fluent-level proficiency in English (C1) plus working knowledge of at least one of the following languages: German or Dutch.
• Education or hands-on experience in IT particularly in areas such as cloud technologies, productivity software (e.g., Office suite, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync, Server) or Windows operating systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly and empathetically.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities in technical or customer service environments.
