Luminovo builds software that powers the electronics supply chain. We're scaling our OEM segment and looking for a BDR Lead who can run their own outbound pipeline and coach a team of 3–5 BDRs across Europe and North America.
This is a true player-coach role: you'll carry individual quota while owning team targets and developing the people hitting them. It's the right next step for a senior BDR or SDR who's ready to move into team leadership without leaving the craft behind.
Run your own multichannel outbound — email, phone, LinkedIn, events — targeting OEM buyers in the electronics industry across DACH and English-speaking markets
Use tools like Apollo, Clay, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build and convert lead lists
Coach and manage a team of 3–5 BDRs, owning both individual and team pipeline targets
Collaborate with Account Executives on handoff quality and pipeline health
Bring frontline market insights back to sales leadership to sharpen ICP, messaging, and sequencing
2–4 years of BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS with a strong outbound track record
Some experience mentoring, leading, or managing junior BDRs (formal or informal)
Fluent in English; German is a strong plus for the DACH market
Self-directed, resilient, and energized by building something — not just running a playbook
Bonus: experience or genuine interest in electronics, manufacturing, or hardware
