• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring fashion products from design stage to final delivery
• Manage orders, samples, and supplier communication using ERP systems
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers and factories
• Travel to the Far East (approx. 50–60 days per year) to visit production partners and strengthen collaboration
• Negotiate pricing, timelines, and production details
• Ensure smooth production processes and timely delivery

• Curious, proactive, and motivated to start an international career
• Strong interest in fashion, supply chains, and sustainability
• Detail-oriented with confidence in working with numbers and systems
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Fluent in German and good English
