Walker Cole International is partnering with a leading international healthcare organisation to appoint a Global Channel Development Lead – Consumer Healthcare. This newly created role will shape and accelerate channel expansion across Europe’s non‑pharmacy consumer healthcare landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a European channel‑expansion strategy across non‑pharmacy retail environments.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with key retail and trade partners to enhance commercial performance.
• Align cross‑functional commercial and marketing stakeholders to ensure consistent execution of brand and channel priorities.
• Lead multi‑country initiatives to optimise market presence, strengthen retail activation, and drive sustainable growth.

Ideal Profile

• Extensive commercial or marketing experience within CHC or FMCG across European markets, with proven success in channel or retail development.
• Strong analytical and influencing skills, with the ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed global environments.
• Fluent English required; German advantageous, with strong capability to operate in fast‑moving, growth‑oriented markets.

Idealprofil
