What you’ll do

• Develop and execute a global education strategy, bringing it to life through impactful education and event concepts (e.g. trade fairs, shows, and industry events)
• Create high-quality, inspiring education content (digital and physical) that positions the brand as a leader in the professional hair industry
• Design future‑ready learning experiences by understanding evolving learner behaviors and leveraging a mix of channels (e.g. in‑salon, digital platforms, social, and blended learning)
• Define and implement global standards and guidelines, ensuring consistent and best‑in‑class execution across markets and regions
• Empower and enable local teams through Train‑the‑Trainer programs, toolkits, and scalable education systems
• Drive measurable business impact by linking education initiatives to commercial performance and continuously optimizing based on insights and feedback
