Global Factory Network Costing Professional (m/f/d)

A Snapshot of Your Day

You connect and support a global network of costing experts across clusters and factories, ensuring aligned and up-to-date costing standards. You adapt standards to operational changes, deliver targeted trainings, and advise clusters, factories, and ExU Management on standardized factory costing. Alongside your peers, you develop and enhance tools and automation for budgeting, reporting, and analytics, while actively sharing best practices across the manufacturing network.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Create transparency and provide an objective, external perspective to optimize resource allocation across the factory network.
  • Establish structured approaches and standards to systematically analyze and resolve allocation challenges.
  • Build strong, trust‑based partnerships with cluster and factory management teams.
  • Identify benchmarks and actively promote best‑practice sharing within the manufacturing network.

What You Bring

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a finance role within manufacturing operations.
  • Proven experience in advisory, compliance, and audit environments.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
