Job Description

What you can expect

  • Interacting with the following entities:
  • Americas Region
  • Asian Region
  • MEA Region
  • BL Intermodal
  • Europe (only project items)
  • Responsible for the development of AO Planning Tool
  • Worldwide support of month‑end closing
  • Collection & validation of monthly financial data
  • Preparation MSO Reports
  • Collection of Headcount/FTE and KPI data for the monthly MSO reporting
  • Collection & Checking of monthly comments
  • Plausibility check & validation of the annual budget planning
  • Development of new controlling tools
  • Support in M&A projects
  • Integration of new M&As (financial related), business entities or countries
  • Support of individual investments worldwide
  • Standardisation & Harmonisation of master data (SAP/TM1)
  • SAP & TM1 Key-User
  • Integrated in several projects in regards of finance & controlling

What you bring

  • Successfully completed degree in business administration or comparable commercial training with professional experience
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
  • Good SAP R3 knowledge (CO/FI)
  • Experience with BI applications
  • Strong numerical understanding and analytical skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Work experience of at least 5 years
  • Project management experience is helpful
  • Willingness to travel
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to learn
  • Open attitude to Change-Management
  • Communication skills
  • Good self-organization
